As a registered user, you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be your responsibility. Logix Across Cars will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access. However, you may be held accountable for any losses incurred by us or other parties due to misuse of your account.

5. Fees and Payments

Before any vehicle is shipped or delivered, all applicable fees must be paid in full. These fees include, but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle Price: The cost of the car as listed.
  • Taxes: Any local, state, or federal taxes applicable to the purchase.
  • Dealership Fees: Charges for processing paperwork, ownership transfer, and other administrative tasks.
  • Shipping Fees: Costs associated with delivering the vehicle to your location, either domestically or internationally.
  • Temporary Insurance: A mandatory fee for interim insurance coverage during the shipping process.

5.2 Additional Fees

  • Inspection and Handling Fees: Charges for pre-shipment vehicle inspection and quality checks.
  • Customization Fees: If applicable, for added features or services requested by the buyer.
    These fees are separate from the vehicle price and must be paid in full before the vehicle can be released.
6. Vehicle Shipping and Delivery
  • Vehicles will only be shipped once all payments have been confirmed.
  • Domestic deliveries within the USA are made via professional drivers or enclosed trucks.
  • International deliveries are handled via air, ship, or train depending on the destination.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical challenges.
7. Ownership Transfer and Documentation
  • Ownership transfer, title registration, and other legal documentation will only be processed once all payments have been cleared.
  • Original documents will be shipped along with the vehicle or sent electronically based on customer preference.
  • The receiver is responsible for complying with local laws regarding vehicle registration in their region.
8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • All purchases are final once payment has been confirmed.
  • Refunds or cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee and must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable after the vehicle has been dispatched.
9. Warranty and Liability
  • Vehicles are sold as-is unless specified otherwise. Warranty options may vary depending on the vehicle and location.
  • Logix Across Cars is not liable for damages caused during shipping by third-party carriers but will assist in filing claims if insurance coverage is in place.

Unlike others, we handle all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance modifications on your behalf.
